    How long does it take to build a 3,000 sq.ft home?

    On average, a 3,000 sq.ft premium home takes about 10 to 12 months from foundation to handover. Heritage homes with intricate woodwork or highly customized luxury villas may take 14 to 18 months. We provide a strict timeline before construction begins.

    What does your "per sq.ft" rate include?

    Our rate is comprehensive and transparent. It includes architectural design, structural engineering, all materials, labor, electrical, plumbing, flooring, doors/windows, painting, and standard fixtures. It does NOT include external compound walls, gates, or loose furniture unless specified.

    Do you handle building permits and approvals?

    Yes, we offer an end-to-end service. Our liaison team handles all paperwork, including Panchayat/Municipal approvals, building permits, electrical connections (KSEB/TNEB), and water connections, saving you the hassle.

    Can I monitor the construction if I live abroad (NRI)?
